The KanexPro IP STREAMER Receiver is an HDMI Over IP decoder with PoE (Power-Over Ethernet) designed to cost-effectively multicast digital video and audio signals to one or more displays using 1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet Network at distances up to 650 feet (200m) over CATx cable. It features real-time decoding in order to broadcast full HD 1080p resolutions.The HDCP compliant receiver unit connects to an HDMI display remotely using CATx. Multiple receivers may be used coming out of the network switch to create an array of display ideal for digital signage applications up to 1x250 dispalys based on the network switch and capacity.
